The absence of a kettle in the room was incredibly frustrating. We had to rely on a single kettle in the lobby, leading to long waits and constant trips back and forth. Additionally, the temperature control in the room was lacking, making our nights uncomfortable and restless.

Room was clean and spacious, but the lack of soap was annoying.

The Twin Room was comfy with a nice warm bed and clean white towels. I loved the modern bathroom style. The views were amazing, overlooking the ocean and glaciers. Only downside? No TV or coffee facilities in the room, so that was a bit of a bummer.
